Sofea, the global leader in Requirements Lifecycle Acceleration™, announces the addition of key executives to strengthen management team.

March 13, 2007 Toronto, ON: Sofea Inc., fueling its growth in Requirements Lifecycle Acceleration™ with industry-leading customers such as TD Canada Trust, CIBC, Bank Of Montreal, Deloitte, AT&T and RH Donnelly, today announced it has appointed two new key executives following its appointment of a new President & CEO in August 2006, and completion of $6.25m in strategic financing in January, 2007.

Joining Sofea as Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer is Matthew J. Morgan. Mr. Morgan is a 15 year software professional, with a rich legacy of driving multi-million dollar marketing, product, and geographic business expansion efforts. Mr. Morgan's tenure includes almost a decade of leadership at Mercury Interactive (which was acquired in 2006 by HP Software). Most recently, Mr. Morgan led HP Software's outbound go-to-market activities for the Quality Center and Performance Center business. Over the next 90 days, Mr. Morgan will operationalize a strategic go-to-market strategy for the Requirements Lifecycle Acceleration™ market.

In addition, David K. Shier joins Sofea as Senior Vice President of Research & Development from the Toronto Stock Exchange, and previously Nortel and IBM. Mr. Shier's 25 year IT management career includes experience managing distributed development organizations, developing new products with leading-edge technologies, and ensuring on-time, on-budget deployments. Mr. Shier's mandate is to extend R&D operations in North America and Europe to enable strategic market-driven expansion of Sofea's Requirements Lifecycle Acceleration™ product line.
