BA Concepts
Learn essential business analyst concepts and practical skills through our condensed training courses.
We have trained thousands of BAs in the use of Blueprint Requirements Center. Through our experience in delivering product training we determined that students would benefit from a condensed training program in the area of BA conceptual skills. These classes, when delivered stand-alone or in conjunction with Blueprint product training classes, provide the foundational information that a requirements author needs to know about eliciting and defining requirements, and/or writing and visualizing use cases in order to be successful with Blueprint.
Blueprint offers the following conceptual training courses which are delivered both at customer sites and via public training at Blueprint's corporate offices.
Eliciting and Defining Business / System Requirements
This one-day course teaches essential concepts and practical skills to define business and/or application system requirements and to collaborate in teams during requirements elicitation, elaboration, and review. Guidance on the review and change management of requirements is provided.
