Capitalizing on its leadership position in the industry and its strategic value within its install base, Blueprint has developed these service offerings in response to the overwhelming feedback from its customer base. Beyond traditional Requirements Center product training and mentoring, Blueprint has crafted a series of strategic training, consulting and requirements modeling services necessary to help customer's drive project success. These services are based on the experience that Blueprint has gained at several of its largest and most strategic customers.

Built on the new Blueprint Services Strategy, the offerings are designed to be non-intrusive, to meet customers where they are, and to extend the value of Blueprint into the project teams in the most efficient and effective manner. The Blueprint Discovery Service allows Blueprint to understand the customer's high-level business goals, project goals, current Requirements Definition process, and SDLC tooling environment. The output of the Discovery Service is a customized Implementation Plan which includes recommendations for training and consulting services that will drive success.

These new Services include:

  • Technical Engagement Management Services - Blueprint TEM Services range from project initiation through successful rollout, and include the coordination and delivery of services such as installation, configuration, data conversion, training and technical mentoring, best practices and support of Blueprint's products.
  • Requirements Strategy Services - The Blueprint Requirements Strategy Service is designed to allow Blueprint to engage with the customer at a business level to understand the customer's organization, their overall Software Development Lifecycle, and their current requirements process. The Blueprint consultant(s) will partner with the customer to create an overall customer success strategy based on Blueprint practical experience and proven best practices.
  • Requirements Lifecycle Service - The Blueprint Requirements Lifecycle Service (RLS) is designed to provide a "jump start" and a pattern for the successful utilization of Requirements Center within the customer's organization. Working alongside the customer on an active project, the Blueprint consultant will actively assist in the Authoring, Validation and Communication (a complete lifecycle) of a requirements definition project. The goal of the Requirements Lifecycle Service is to accelerate the customer's internal skills development and shorten the learning curve for Blueprint adoption.
  • As Is Modeling Service - The Blueprint "As Is" Modeling Service is designed to help accelerate application upgrades and the adoption of Requirements Center through the successful modeling of the current system (or application to be upgraded) within Requirements Center. This is a value-added modeling and analysis process of your existing application and related requirements.
