Blueprint customers with a current maintenance agreement are entitled to all major and minor software upgrades, ticket submission for incident reporting and service requests, 24 hour access to the Blueprint Knowledge Base and resource Center, and membership to the Blueprint Discussion Forum.

Blueprint Service Desk

Requests for support and general service requests can be submitted through our on-line Incident/Service Request form. Following submission you will receive an acknowledgement with ticket number, via email, prior to contact from our Support Engineers.

Blueprint Knowledge Base

Blueprint's cloud-based Resource Center hosts an interactive and searchable Knowledge Base. You can search the Blueprint Knowledge Base for technical notes, sample models, and instructional videos.

 

Blueprint Discussion Forum

Blueprint’s Resource Center also hosts a community of discussion and information exchange from Blueprint’s user base. You can participate in ongoing discussion, and suggest assistance to other Blueprint users.
